This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through the FridgeFriend website, operated by VANEXUS LLC, are processed and delivered.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

We aim to ship orders within two operational days, in line with standard online marketplace expectations, unless a different processing time is specified on the product page.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers within the contiguous United States.


Carriers & Tracking

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

The shipping carrier may vary depending on destination, package size, and logistics availability.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery progress.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on:

  • delivery location

  • carrier performance

  • weather or operational delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship the order once the customer covers the additional shipping costs.


Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact our support team within 7 days.

We will assist by:

  • initiating a carrier trace

  • reviewing delivery confirmation

  • determining the appropriate next steps
