FridgeFriend is operated by VANEXUS LLC. This policy explains the return and refund process for orders placed through our website.

Return Window (30 Days)

You may request a return for most new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Returned with all included parts, accessories, and materials

How to Start a Return (RMA Required)

To request a return authorization:

  1. Email support@vanexusllc.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions and, if approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Ship the item back with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.

Returns sent without an approved RMA may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will provide instructions for a prepaid return label or an alternative resolution.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

When contacting support, please include:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A photo of the shipping label (if available)

This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the credit to your account.
